There’s a light within each of us that needs to be nurtured.

That light is our spark of the divine.

This Substack is for those of us who are committed to protecting, tending, and keeping that flame alive — no matter what happens in their lives or in the world.

My name is Laura Matsue Guenther. I’m a writer, a psychospiritual coach, and an evolutionary astrologer.

My husband and I host a podcast together, The Cosmic Matrix Podcast, and co-facilitate a group coaching program in psycho-spiritual inner work, Embodied Soul Awakening.

Here, I will explore the intersection of psychology and spirituality, incorporating astrological insights throughout, and weaving together personal stories with practical tools and insights.
